Totals seem like a crapshoot in baseball. Maybe I just don't get them; I played the game and know more about it than any other sport by far, and I've made thousands of dollars in my life with fantasy baseball. With that being said, I see no angle to playing totals long-term. They seem much more unpredictable than choosing a side.
