Is now the time to buy Real Estate in Las Vegas?
I say Hell NO but I'm keeping my eyes out. Unemployment blows there it's the worst in America, tons of foreclosures, excess homes, people waiting to dump their homes when prices turn around etc. Before prices go up they will first stop going down, and then they will probably stay flat a while. That's when I'll be ready to buy a nice fun house.
