Not all online books will limit you. Even if you do get limited, you will have made significant profits before getting limited. Of course, you don't know you will get limited before you sign up. And, upon depositing at the online book, you will get a bonus - which, for such a good handicapper that needs to worry about getting limited because of too much in winnings, should be considered free money. So, it seems to me that any capper that good would want to use every online book rated B or above.

all the Euro books in particular will limit you if you show any talent for snaring best odds

you don't need to be betting big at all to suffer the fate and you don't even need to be winning

Could be a time factor, for example if you see an overnight line at say 4 or 5 AM depending on your daily schedule pretty hard to call a bookie etc at that time of the day.
