Are Non Americans the best Cappers on SBR?

The only time I see guys on here consistently give out winners or theorize properly on series wins are the Non US citizens.

Im sure there are others too.

Correctly stated. However, EVERYONE here gives out a losers over the course of the year. But some give upwards of 90%. These guys much less.

i usually just have pony specials were i go hard and post maybe once a week
