i dont believe you muscle any guys because if you do, that'd be the stupidest things ever. i used to run a book back in the days and when we had bad debts, we'd try to scare the guy but NEVER roughed him up.. if you did this, that's a good way of getting heat from the cops and being shut down quickly.. once a guy goes to the cops, the cops will now get involved.. you want to avoid this at all costs. the cops usually leave you alone and let you run your book, but once they get a complaint of this sort, they follow up, and you don't want that.
when we had deadbeats back then who stiffed, we tried everything, put them on payment plans, or whatever it too, but never hurt them. 22 yrs ago, we did push around a kid and he went to the cops and 3 months later, we got busted.
