I just inquired about the fees for a book to book transfer from my BetOnline acct. $250! What a joke, might as well not even offer the service. No fees on an incoming transfer though of course.

Avg rate is free. First book I've dealt with that offers book to book but charges. What's funny is, you get a free payout per month via check, otherwise it's $50 charge. So they would much rather you just cashed out than transferred funds to another book?!Comment -
