8:35 here in Louisville.
Gonna pour a bourbon on the rocks.
The zoo will be extra fun when you are sky high and have a smooth bourbon buzz.

I am preparing to chug my first beer of the day.
I am smoking a turkey today, gonna be a good 8 hour job. Gotta start it off right.
This is a competition turkey, so it has to be legit.

Aren't you turkeyed out? I always end up with a Greenberg smoked turkey given as a gift from someone. Greenberg's are supposed to be famous, I guess. They're really good, but a little too smoky for my taste. A little of it goes a long way. I don't like when you can smell that smoke flavor on your hands the rest of the day regardless of how much you wash them.

Opie I am not yet turkeyed out. We fried 6 turkeys yesterday and had a spread of food that was 6 tables in length.
You need to smoke your own turkey. I am using wood chips that came from a bourbon barrell that was used to age a beer in for six months. It will be orgasmic.
Smoking is my specialty.
