Still don't understand how someone can be rewarded for a 4th place finish. Just imagine down the road when previous qualifiers come out 1,2,3. Then a 6th place participant gets in? It will happen.

I think the priority for getting a seat if you don't finish top 3 should be amongst all 4ths and if all 4ths are qualified then 5th etc. Otherwise the ones who finished 4th in the earlier tourneys will be at a disadvantage to the 4ths finishing the later tourneys and you may have lower seeds qualifying in the days before qualification is over on top of higher seeds in earlier rounds.
