Honestly, the net effect for the Lakers is a positive one. Odom > Artest. However the Lakers have several other issues to address if they hope to take a game in Dallas with respect to how they're playing the Mavs. They're just not going to win a defensive battle. They need to push pace and try to win in a shootout.
