Yeah, when Coach Hollins pushed him out of Memphis, he gained his players respect. Peeps don't like playing with him. He adds value to nobody. Just like Marbury.

People just don't want to deal with him. Sixers never had much beyond him at the time. Most NBA teams now have one or two legit stars. You're gonna really piss them off if you bring AI onto your team. Since leaving the Sixers, he's only made teams worse.

Allen Iverson WAS a tremendous player. I love the guy as a player. I was in high school living in Philly during his prime years and it was so much fun to watch him. He played his heart out every single night.

However age and injuries caught up with him and he couldn't play for the worst franchise in the league at this point. He is completely washed up, but it happens to everyone eventually.

By the way he is playing in Turkey only because he is broke. Substance abuse, gambling, alimony, and child support caught up to him and he needs whatever job he can find.

Iverson is a first ballot hall of famer without question and won't even wait that long to get inducted. He took one of the worst playoff team in NBA history to an NBA finals, albeit the east was weak. Only other player that has accomplished that in the past 20 years with a similar squad was Lebron James
