He was a total non-factor. In fact, if his teammates hadn't picked up his slack here and there, this wouldn't have even went 6 games. Not to mention the overwhelming officiating bias in game 6.
LBJ couldn't hit a jumper to save his life until game 7.
You're better than this, OL...
Crazy if you ever get a chance watch that game 7 again. Pierce was hitting shots with guys all over him. Lebron was hitting wide open jumpers. the same wide open jumpers he made when he went off against Detroit which can be seen on that film. I know Lebron is 23 but i honestly think this is all you are gonna get with him. I think his jumpshot when guarded is about as good as it is gonna get. Allen score 25 last night so in these guys eyes Allen is now dominating.

Kobe:

- hook shot
- left handed hook shot
- running hook shot
- left handed running hook shot
- post up, up-and-under
- post up, spin move, either direction

- post up, spin-move, bank shot
- post up, spin-move, fadeaway
- post up, spin-move, fadeaway bank shot
- post up, spin-move, fadeaway double-clutch bank shot
- 180- fadeaway bank shot
- 180- double-clutch fadeaway bank shot
- mid range jumper

- baseline fadeaway
- long range jumper
- long range fadeaway
- long range bank shot
- 3 point jump shot

Aside from all that nonsense that you just laid out, we can agree that both players are at the same level in takeover games abilities, and clutch when need be.

This debated can go on forever, and they are both great players and the one with the better "team" is still playing.
Couldn't of said it better!

No, we can't both agree, because Lebron James is again NOWHERE CLOSE to the kind of dominant player Kobe is, and if he hadn't shoved his cock up that pretty little white girls ass and had her cry 'RAPE', this fact would be instilled in your Sportscenter watching ass by now!

So being a jump shot artist is being a more dominate and clutch player?

exactly bro. Hit it right out of the park. Even the NBA guys are admitting Kobe is the best player in the league and some the other night said it wasn't even close.

Crazy why you think the BUlls got the first pick in the draft? That was their favor for shutting down the Kobe trade. The league didn't want Kobe anywhere near Lebron. They want to push Lebron. that is why Odom and Durant miraculuosly somehow went to the west last year and Boston got screwed. Lebron is their golden child. and guess what the NHL has learned this with Crosby. I have made some nice coin betting that goldenchild every series. he isnt even the best player on his team

Im Lebroned out. Can't we just let him get some rest? Poor sportscenter wont even let him rest. They have to somehow mention him once a night and don't be surprised if he isn't in the crowd during the finals so we can keep him fresh in our minds.

You brought him up in this thread Thor.

I think it's a good point about the draft shenanigans.
I personally had a feeling the Knicks would get top pick and land Derrick Rose, then I remembered it's a great possibility the Knicks land Lebron when he becomes a FA.

You should run over to another site and see what i said about Lebron last year and what teams would lose so he could get the easy road thru the playoff. People thought i was physic. Unfortunately i know how this league works but most don't. if you can't even see that Lebron played very average in the Boston series till game 7 then honestly its not even worth talking about. Im done.

Crazy google the you tube 85 nbadraft. Its the one Ewing went to the knicks. Watch it closely and look at that rotten crook David Stern pick the envelope with the bent corner so the knicks could get Ewing. videos don't lie. If you do it i will show you something else on that video that will blow your mind.

The frozen envelope was a popular theory too, but I seen Stern just pick one out as if he was doing it randomly, he must've choreographed that.
What else is on there?

The biggest difference between Kobe and Lebron is clutchness. Did u know that with a chance to tie or win Lebron is something like 7-40fg? he's also like 1-15 3pt. Plus he's 50% ft in the 4th which is why he rarely drives to the basket at the end of games. He has improved lately but nowhere near as clutch as Kobe is.
Its crazy to say Kobe had better talent when all he had were scrubs like Smush (European league reject), Chris Mihm (career benchwarmer), Odom (career underachiever), Kwame (biggest #1 bust ever).... he didn't have an all star player until Gasol. Lebron has had couple of all star teammates.

This is by far the most valid point in the whole thread. I don't think even OnLooker would answer Lebron here.

Also, why is it that Kobe was/is forever criticized for "not making his teammates better" whereas Lebron's teammates are criticized for not making themselves better?

Since I failed to recognize the fact that Chauncey Billups is the best player in the NBA, I thought I'd better make up for it here.

Lebron and clutch should not even be mentioned in the same sentence.
