Come on people. Haven't you ever seen a picture from a shooting scene? Everyone bitched and moaned about the Reuters pictures and how gruesome the pictures of the other dead men were. They were not any more gruesome than any other pictures taken at any other shooting scene. Those pictures are used constantly in Courts when the suspects are put on trial, and are public knowledge. Obviously no one in here has ever worked for law enforcement and has never seen pictures like this. Pictures of a guy with half of his head blown off are nothing new. Remember the pictures of Bugsy Siegal? No one thought that they were too graphic. They even made a movie about it.
