I am truly surprised at the outcome tonight, but it appears a lot of long time Liberal voters went with Harper tonight to avoid anything close to a NDP win. A lot of people on the centre in Canada chose to lean right tonight.
Thing now is.. with the Liberals a dead party, the only chance the Conservatives lose power is if a new Left - Left of Centre coalition is formed.
