Do not bother. It really is not a question if books will take them as most will. The problem is finding a card that will work offshore. You pretty much need to hunt for certain cards WITH certain numbers on that card. It is hard to explain but just ask any of the top books here in live chat and you will get it.

Going in a store is still the best way in my opinion. In all it can take you 15 minutes or less to go in a store come back and have the funds in your account. And no extra BS is tied to this way either.
