I don't see how he doesn't have a coaching job in the NFL, has to be from him turning down offers and not that nobody wants him, the guy can coach and has that toughness you need.

I like him, too. Guy used to set his alarm for 3:45 am so he could get all his work in when coaching the Bucs. Guy was obsessed.....which is what it takes to win in NFL.

Isn't he still being paid under contract from his last job? I think once u take a new job the other team doesn't have to pay ya.
