    Why is Nevada, real estate market
    so cheap ? I found this house http://www.realtor.com/realestateand...3_M28995-55456 looks very nice and legit for 92k..in my state you can buy a trailer for that price.......

      because no one wants to live there? or everyone that did live there cant afford it anymore and left?

          well... 1284 square feet is pretty small i think, and 2 rooms

          no backyard or anything either at all with .05 acres

          might still be a good deal tho i dunno
