They are young and have talent. Plus, they have a great coach who is perfect for this young team in Doug Collins. They are, more or less, the Grizzlies of the East. The problem, however, is that, unless they get a superstar, they will never get to the next level of elite teams. Perhaps Jrue Holliday or Thaddeus Young will become star players, however, I just don't see any superstar talent on that team at this time. They don't have a closer like Derrick Rose, Durant, etc. required to take that next step.Comment -
