supposively the last time kimbo lost it was to a Boston PD officer. Officer was suspended for two weeks though. Officer is not answering any questions about MMA, referring everyone to his agent. Its expected they will rematch within 1 year.

Gannon still has an agent and has been training MMA since. He's just waiting for a financial situation that is worth getting suspended for 2 weeks again or even possible termination before accepting a rematch.
