On Friday's, Saturdays,Sundays I look the night before. So many races and tracks running there best races on the weekends I have to. Mon-Thursday I can pretty much cap in the morning. Never race to race though. I spent 3 hours reading the form this morning. On a Friday Night, Saturday morning it might take me 6 hours of capping just for Saturdays races. I put at least 24 or more hours of capping just horses a week.
