So officially there is no lock-out, but there is still no agreement either - this still doesnt mean that there will actually be a season yet though does it ?

It has a lot to do with them playing because of the no stay on the ruling. The judge today lifted the lockout with no stay and if the court of appeals doesn't grant them an appeal they will be required by law to open for business.
And since this case is purely about money and not about justice, we should have an answer soon.
