I just don't like either. I think that I have had decent stuff before in Japan but I can't get over the fact that I'm eatting bait. Wasabi is some good stuff that adds a kick to several dishes and I would use it again. I only eat bait to placate some of the Japanese clients that I am forced to entertain. This will also include singing karaoki, which I suck at an really should be banned from doing.
