    Around here our waiters/waitresses don't get jacked up by getting only paid $3/hour.. If they did I would feel obligated to tip... In restraunt business around here Tips are distributed amongst the entire kitchen and waiting staff... Just cause a bitch serves you the best steak you have ever eaten is no reason to not tip.... Those sweaty poor buggers that you don't see, washing dishes, cooking food etc DO deserve a tip imo. Prompt courteous service also gets you a tip in my eyes
