Sick of books stiffing me on withdrawal fees
    InstantActionSports, on their "banking" page:

"Clients must cover all payout fees."

Turns out this was $60 on a $2500 withdrawal. Stiff. They say they don't publish the numbers because they "may change".

Any other books to avoid for lack of transparency in fees?

Many players say processing takes a lot of the fun out of gambling. The best way to go is to ask about the procedure ahead of time. If the book doesn't want to post it on the site you can usually lock in prices over email or chat.

Most books charge withdrawal fees. That's the cost of doing business. Try not to take too many withdrawals.
