Money Express...Anyone use this for depositing?

Is Money Express available for US clients? Is it like Western Union or MoneyGram? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Not really sure how it is HH. The one thing I do remember reading about them though is that they are only licensed in: Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Maryland, and South Carolina.
