Is it solicitation if you ask someone to email you in pm or on the board?

I was always under the impression that all email addresses were not permitted to be posted, however Here is the rule on this subject sir according to Mr.Dozer.

As long as it is not someone's private address or an email a poster will use to conduct business it should be allowed.
