About god damn time. Now the other 20 small market teams seasons and playoff hopes won't end April 1st every year. They might as well just goto the same format as the NHL/NBA already.

i would hate it if it was like the NBA where have the damn league makes the playoffs.

Yeah but it would be good for the game. All those shitty teams year in and out would get more fans because they'd actually be in the hunt for a playoff spot come September. Adding two more is a start I guess
