Everyone has issues with handicappers not living up to expectations. That is the nature of this business and I accept that. What I don't accept are companies that are providing "advice" that don't conduct themselves like a reputable company.
I signed up with Hitman Sports. They looked pretty reasonable and provide picks on a variety of sports.
After using their service for just a couple of weeks, I was not receiving a sufficient number of picks, and most especially on the sport I was the most interested in.
I asked for a pro-rated refund which I thought was reasonable. I was willing to pay for the time that I did use them. The owner said he would give me a refund. I waited a week to no avail. Turns out he is not giving me any part of the annual subscription.
To me this is just bad business. It shows this company is just not reputable.
