I've read over all of the material on this site and I'm still not sure which book I'd like to use. I would like to know which of the top books such as bookmaker or 5dimes is the fastest to payout, i don't really care about bonuses or stuff like that.

Don't give that book Kellen. I know most of us realize that Cascade has an SBR Rating of an "F", however this was a legitimate question.
