But what are the limits and what cruises offer? I know that legally a boat would be able to offer sportsbetting when sailing outside of the United States but I would like to find one.

The casino boats in Myrtle Beach, SC will only allow you to wager on events that will settle before the cruise ends. They go out 11 to 5:15 and 7 to 12:15 on Saturdays and Sundays.

I want to spend every weekend on a boat about as much as I want to send money offshore.
