I have noticed on a more than few occasions that on the "Live Dealer" Casino at 5dimes and Badlands that when you win your first hand on baccarat for $5.00 that it shows a credit on the screen as $9.75 but your balance remains the same. I tried tell the "Pitboss" on the chat but they just say that I never confirmed the bet. But I did and it showed the chips moving towards me. but did not increase my balance.

pit boss is a boss amongst bosses. he has to answer to someone also. also on the first time. the pit boss should give you the benefit of doubt. if you confirmed the bet and you are sure. talk to a higher boss.

That live dealer thing is crap. All kinds of errors and malfunctions with their system and it always seems to benefit them. You get a 20, dealer has a 5 showing, cards don't get read, "sorry we must reset the computer, no action." You get a BJ but the player before you pressed hit but didn't get his card, "Sorry no action." Table full of stiffs dealer has a 10 upcard, "Please be patient while we get our system back up and working." Also, if anyone knows how to count cards what are the chances 14 out of 15 shoes end with a positive count?
