    Unibet
When trying to log into my Unibet account, I receive a message, "Your account has been blocked, please contact customer service for more information."

Unibet provide two contact numbers; one is a UK freephone number and the other is their international number. As I am in Australia, I ring their international number. I would say I have phoned eight times. Each time I receive the exact same message stating that I am number one in the queue. The problem is, nobody ever answers the phone.

My initial two emails were answered, but they haven't replied to an email since. When I stated what was going on in one of my first emails, they suggested I ring the UK freephone number. My phone provider informs me that it isn't possible to ring UK freephone numbers from Australia. I have no idea how I can get in contact with them. They seem to be ignoring my emails.

I am keen to get this resolved ASAP as I have a reasonable balance with the book. Doesn't anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks.

did you called during the weekend?

I would say for you to try call them during the week, from 9 to 17h GMT.
And i assume that they want you to send them verification documents from you such ID, utility bill and credit card used, usual procedure from them

Thanks fingas. Yes, I have made a point of trying all times of the day and night. It is very frustrating not being able to get through to them to find out what is going on.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum

As SBR poster Fingas mentioned above, I take it that you have sent in all the documentation to them or no? If not then that could possibly be the problem since you didn't give anymore details.

Anyways, if you need some assistance with this matter. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire on your behalf.

          Thanks bigboydan,

Documentation isn't a problem. I have withdrawn on a number of occasions previously so I can't imagine it could be a documentation issue.

Anwyay, I have filled out a compliant form. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to provide.
