So, I know this is illegal and all, but **** it, so is selling drugs and I knew a lot of people in college who sold drugs. If you need to make a little cash start up a little sportsbook out of your dormroom. Keep it on the dl and only let a few people know about it. Create daily parlay cards and have dudes playing $5 parlays everyday!

Don't ever let the money get too crazy, that is when shit would most likely get sketchy. I think a $20-$30 limit would be a good way to go. If I was back in college I would definitely use this as a little money making opportunity.

wouldn't be worth the effort if your max was $20-30 lol....avg profit for a book on a bet that size is prob like $1

i think its a terrible idea, you can easily get caught if someone goes and cries to their parents about losing their schooling money as well

With parlay cards your profit would be a bit higher than one would assume. If you're taking just straight bets sure, you're not going to make any money. And the kids crying to their parents is definitely an issue, that is why you have to keep the limits way low.

It probably is not a good idea, I was just throwing it out there.

You'd be better served just finding like six guys who want to do bets with each other. Any time you start something like you're talking about .. word will get out and you'll be expelled within a semester tops.

Funny you mention this, I'm a freshman in college and a couple weeks ago I started doing something like this. Right now there's only 3 people that place bets, but they think I'm placing bets for them on Bodog. I'm using bodog's odds but I'm taking their action instead of placing their bets online.
