BadNina and Identity are the only two posters on the whole board that I'm unsure of. All mods are white men but I'd guess that SBR emloyees are a mix of race and gender.

Unless you mean SBR, there is Minnow. Xpanda used to be one too. It is safe to say that the percentage of female moderators exceeds the percentage of female posters and therefore by no means their number can be considered low.
