Lets say the bonus is 25% and I make a deposit $1000. I get $250 bonus on my account. Is there a time frame or a certain amount of money I must play with before I can cash out?

yes, probably a 6-10 time rollover (handle) before you can get even your orignal deposit out...you would have to make at worst 12,500.00 worth of bets and if there was any left which there won't be you can withdraw then...go for lower juice instead..
