It's opening round. TNT covers 20 games in several different cities. Not sure why you're questioning their decision to put Webber out there. The further they get into the playoffs, the more they weed out the part time announcers and sideline reporters.

C Webb sounds funny announcing a game, but I actually like him in the studio with Ernie, Kenny and Chuck.
I dont think his analysis is awful, its just his voice. Sometimes he talks too fast, and other times it seems to quiet. Dont know what it is, but dont think he has the voice to cover a game.

Kind of like Tino Martinez for MLB.
