Does SBR store still give order status updates? Pizza not here and not sure

Ordered my pizza at 6:55 cst....so before the cutoff time.

Emailed sam maybe 15 minutes ago and so far no status update or response to my email.

Anybody else having trouble today?

I was planning on going out shortly.....not sure what to do and don't want my pizza to come tomorrow.
