And then going to the aforementioned Rule 1.7, here are a couple hilites:

Customers shall be permitted to withdraw funds only if the bonus and the deposit that caused the bonus were rolled-over 8 times in the Sportsbook or 20 times in the Casino respectively, unless otherwise stated.

If a customer takes money out of his/her account and places it back into his/her account, this will not be eligible for a re-deposit bonus.

Never a bad idea to confirm eligiblity before depositing.

My limits are $1100 on MLB sides, RL and totals. That's risk amount only. You can't enter a to win amount. One of their quirks (which they really should correct) is that you can only risk your limit, even if you were betting a line of -900.

Early in the day, my limits are lower. They have lower limits for circled games too of course.

Intertops has been known to restrict players, including myself, in the past. BUt they have been great for me all baseball season. Word is they want to open things up and go after more professional type players. Maybe that's what is happening.

Thanks Mudcat. If you hadn't pointed out that the bonus begins sep 12, I'd be crying tomorrow. I must say, the one thing I never understand about some of these sportsbooks, is why do they anounce a promo begingin next week. If they will give me 20% next week, why not give me 20% today. What difference does it make.

I can't explain the reasoning, my friend.

BTW, that was probably just a typo on your part but the deal ENDS on Sept. 12. It begins this Thursday the 8th.

I just called and was told that I have reached the maximum limit of bonuses that any customer may receive during his life time. DOes that make any sense.

I sent in some cash for this bonus, and was promptly denied. I should have confirmed eligibility before I deposited.....but still, what a poorly run outfit....

After speaking to some others, it seems that when you make a withdrawal, your account is reviewwed. And at that time they decided whether to cut your limits, and whther to allow you to recieve any future bonuses. I don't know for sure if this is the case or not. But based on who seems to be getting the bonuses, and who seems be getting limited, this is likely whats going on.

They recently (like, in the last week) reworded the blurb on their site. That's why I copied it here. This part:

If a customer takes money out of his/her account and places it back into his/her account, this will not be eligible for a re-deposit bonus.

used to say basically that customers who haven't taken a payout in the last 21 days are eligible.

It actually changed within a day or two after I made a comment here about the fact they have such a forgiving policy.

On an aside, I had a similar thing happen last year when I commented at theRX about a lack of clarity in the wording of a prop at Intertops. Though they made no comment in the thread, the prop was reworded within a day.

                                    Interops is watching ??????

Had a feeling...hadn't played there in many months as my limits had been slashed...just called them and found I was restricted from receiving bonuses and this was at the discretion of management. Didn't even ask about limits -- I think I know.

                                        Square book ala SIA.
