When I was at the SBR Bash this old racist bank robber was talking to me about him thought he was a good player, just needed to alter his swing a little bit and stop hitting fly balls because he has no power. Myabe he has fixed that I don't know have not watched him much.

I was pissed the Cubs got rid of him.

Of course Soriano's contract was the excuse...

Unreal, he was a good player for us in limited time, glad to see him get his shot. He deserves it.

3 hits tonight vs Twins. Pretty decent player.

borderline star? No not even close.

Yes his is having a good start to this year, but offensively he is about average and wont be much more (there is a reason that he didnt start a season in AAA until he was 27).

He is a very good fielder, but that is still hard to truly quantify, especially with the lack of minor league info.

Pretty solid player. Not a power guy at all, but still very solid. I used to train with him back with my AAU team (he played on the same team a few years before me). As a 14 year old he was completely down to earth despite just being drafted by the Cubs out of Stanford, and a great guy. Having a great shot this season and I think he can be a solid member of an MLB lineup, but by no means a star.

Sam is the man! He is taking full advantage of his shot playing regularly, smart hitter, and knows how to play the game.

Kid showed me a lot during the Boston series. Very crafty player and could probably be an all star

I wish the Mets would have more players like him. Good ones, maybe that is.
