accuscore but it cost money. I don't know of many other than Dunkel and masseyratings.

There are not going to be any sites to compare the dunkel index to, I would think. Dunkel uses stats for these power type ratings and they use those ratings completely . They have been around as long as I can remember, I dont think anyone models like this anymore but I may be wrong.
