He'll get a few months home confinement...no big deal. Jury must have been deadlocked on the other 3 counts..

Hard to say who won.
I think they will retry on the mistrial verdicts.

Anybody know what the sentencing guidelines are for obstruction of justice? Reports say Bonds will not see any jail time.

He could potentially face up to 10 years in federal prison, though it's most likely he'll never see any prison time at all.

Bonds kinda got screwed with the jury selection though -- eight women and four men.
