    Bookmaker playing games
I have a balance of $334 with Bookmaker and I'm trying to close my account and they won't let me. Because I used a credit card the last time to I sent them money, they make you fax them a copy of your drivers license, the front and back of the credit card you used, and an imprint of the credit card - you have to use a pencil and rub on a piece of paper with your credit card underneath. So I send them everything they asked for, call them up, and they say they can't read the imprint, I have to do it again more legibly. So I do it again, fax it over, but I forgot to sign the page with the imprint. So they tell me this time it's o.k. they can read it, but I forgot to sign it, So I sign it and fax it again, now they're back to telling me they can't read it again. But it's the exact same imprint page I had just sent them that they said was fine. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and the guy tells me a supervisor will just tell me the same thing. So I say I want to speak to a supervisor anyway. So the guy just keeps telling me the same thing, and won't switch me to a supervisor. Bottom line is they're playing games. And yet SBR rates them A+?

Never use a credit card to fund any book. Not worth the hassle.

Yeah it's a pain to send in all that info, because it almost seems that they want everything to be picture perfect. The bright side is you only have to do it once, and remember not to use another card
          their again.
