Publishing a stiff list will invite lawsuites especially when a victim's identity on stiff list has been stolen or used without his permission. Publishing a stiff list will be suicidal. Just like in big drug cases the feds will sit back an collect evidence and basically let the suspect hang himself so to speak. Just b/c they get a tip they dont load up the boys and try to bust them. They document everything and wait untill there will be enough charges to stick and stick with fed time.

They are getting stronger because I have done nothing yet. I cannot allow them to start harassing people or put up a stiff list. I have talked to them many times via email and hoped we had come to an agreement but I see that is not the case. I do hope they change their mind thought and do not make a blunder that will destroy their business. Considering their true location I cannot help but wonder why they would take this risk.
