Is pinnacle sharp for live betting?

I haven't done much live MLB betting, but does anyone out there know if pinnacle is at the top. For example, these were the opening lines in bottom of the 4th last night(Rays up 8-1): I saw the Rays -5.5 (-120) at one book and Sox +5.5 (+143) at Pinny. I have seen a good bit of bets out of whack during live betting and wanted to get opinions whether or not Pinnacle is still a good gauge for value.

Its ok but I doubt they have volume

They platform is fukkin horrific also and very erratic

It really is not live betting, it is like every 15 minutes they will put up a live line during game
