When Penny pitched for the BoSox not too long ago I saw him twice. The first time he was ON & in the zone. I don't know if he had gotten punched in the ballsack or something before the 2nd game but, the 2nd time he was a mess. My point is, he is not consistent. His start to the year does not surprise me. I want to take the Rangers but I am not laying that much juice on a team that is due to lose. Baseball is really the only sport where teams are due to win or lose, game of averages.
