It's never game over when you are facing an awful pitcher like Ted Lilly.

Peavy's inability to get out mediocre hitters like Soriano and Fukudome, and the wild pitch which led to 3 runs, REALLY handcuffed the lite-hitting Pads.

Its over now, Pads get 4 they lose, they will not nor can they score more than four a game.

Padres just go their magic 4 runs. Don't expect anymore.

If Padres go past 4 they may have just turned the tied and ready to play like they should have been playing all year.

                    Have you seen their lineup?
They are playing to their potential already.

                    Hairston - piss poor, cheater
                    Iguchi - piss poor
Giles - aged, not good anymore
Gonzalez - above average, nothing special
                    Kouzmanoff - mediocre
                    Greene - piss poor
                    Bard - awful

NL Central is WIDE open and there are no front runners - Every single team, save Pittsburgh, can win that league.
