Let us say a company rents or purchases a domain name. An IP trace reveals a certain hosting company and a certain country. However, the domain registar states that the hosting company is somewhere else entirely. Now I have had people use fake IPs and such on me but how doesonet make it appear as if one hosting company has the site when in fact another one does?
