    Anyone ever try nutrisystem?
    This could be the ideal thing for a degenerate gambler. Was checking on the site, since I see the commercial 300 times a day, and it breaks down to roughly 12 bucks a day and you get breakfast,lunch,dinner and desert. Best part though, its brought to your door with free shipping so you can gamble as much as you want and you won't have to leave the house. Sounds like a plan to me
    anyone tried this out?

    The food is terrible and its very small portions. I had a friend of mine try it, he couldnt even make it through the first month of food he ordered. He gave me some of it and I wouldnt last a week on it.

      Might still try it.If I do I will let you guys know if its edible or not.I have eaten some pretty bad shit and I am lazy so this stuff would have to be VERY bad to keep me away

        IF you like TV dinners and all that microwave stuff, you might can do it. Its hard for me because I go out several times a week to enjoy a good steak

          staco, i have tried every diet maybe 343 times each, and none work. you do this here and you're not even full. you feel empty and not satisfied and then you break down and go nuts.. diets don't work.. they really don't.

          staco, there is ONLY 1 way to do this and each time i do it, i swear, i drop 45 lbs in 5 months and it stays off till i stop doing it and that is..


          YOU HAVE TO GET OFF YOUR ASS... GET UP AND DO ANY TYPE OF MOVEMENT.. MOVE AROUND, TAKE THE STAIRS, GO WALK, DO SOME SHOPPING IN MALLS, WALK, SWEEP, MOP, JUST BE ACTIVE.. MOVE AROUND..


          the problem with me is i don't move enough. you can't be sitting home on your computer all day long. you just don't burn any energy.. your metabolism is slow.. you have to speed it up by doing physical things.. trust me, i do this every now and then and it's the only time i lose weight..


          but also, make sure you dont eat cakes and mcdonald's everyday and KFC..

          so just be active and get off your desk chair and i swear you will lose lbs like crazy..

            I eat out everyday as well. Gets expensive though like 40 bucks a day.Adds up

              Ya I hear ya Nicky.Hard to get the motivation to get off my ass
              Wasn't really looking at this nutrisystem as a way to lose weight was just looking at it because its only about 12 bucks a day and its delivered right to my door which is good because I am lazy
              Pizza,pasta and chinese are the only things that deliver in my area.When the games are on no one wants to go out and pick up food

                staco, last summer i dropped 22 lbs in 2.5 months because i was never on my ass. i always moved around.. i was so full of energy and my jeans were all falling to the ground.. i was 4 inches smaller and i was eating everything..

                i swear, i now must eat only 1500 calories a day. i hardly eat, but i keep gaining and gaining like crazy.. and the reason is, my metabolism is slow and no matter how little i eat, i just don't lose weight. but when i am active, the weight just keeps coming off.


                i am not saying go running or swimming, just move your body around.. even if you go do your bed, mop the kitchen, take out the garbage, go upstairs downstair, do laundry, this is moving and this is how i dropped a ton.. do this all day for 1 month and you will come back here and say, wow, you were right. and eat what you want, but don't go crazy..
