Always tries to end chat, and has the nerve to always put me on extended holds. Every other rep answers my question within 3-4 minutes. Today I waited 8 minutes 3x for simple answers, and Ive waited over 30 minutes before in live chat for this lady. I swear she just sits there and purposely makes me wait.

Guys a supervisor. Around Thanksgiving Bodog sent out promos to some of my friends, but I never received one. I persistently asked CS because I didnt know they selectively issued bonuses at the time. I guess they were upset because I kept asking, but this is the first rep to ever say "Go **** yourself" and "**** You" to me from any sportsbook.

He promised me a 150% bonus package on my intial signup. I was issued 60%, and they denied me wager warranty, even though Niko told me I didnt need to play a certain amount of weeks to receive it. Not a bad person, just relayed false information to get me to deposit. Found out a few days ago he was fired for doing this sort of stuff.
