Broken their word on getting back to me for about two weeks now they are legit, but thats not very professional I will just stay with what I got going now the reason I wanted to try them even if I had to postup is because I heard their CS was great and easy payouts but since I can't even get a recontact saying your not eligible or to set me up some sort of account I guess I was misinformed on the level of service

topcat every request is processed whether you qualify for credit ot not, now that we offer post up everyone has an otion i find it highly unlikely that your requsests were ignored. every request is answered. we keep a log of all requests as well as an ip database.

i have been playing there for 2 days and I really like it. They have bent over backwards to help me and their live chat and phone service is great. Sam went to great details to explain to me the whole process. I was given the free play and rolled over my winnings into a trial account even though he keep telling me he could send me the payment now. Never had a book offer to send me payment, i like that.
