Eli needs to be consistent. It will be shown that Ben is the third best quarterback of his generation. And the greatest in Steeler's history.

the most polished passers in my opinion would be

        1. manning
        2. brady
        3. palmer
4/5. a toss up between hasselbeck, mcnabb, brees, AND yes romo...and id almost take any of them over romo though b/c they have proven themselves year in and year out and also have won playoff games...romo can be arguably a top 5 qb today but i could easily fill him in with other qbs as well

Queb whatever respect i had for you as a knowledgable sports fan I have lost all.
Have you watched any football in the past 5 years, you are living in the past. Mcnabb can't play anymore and Hassleback is average

No Roethlisberger? I do like Mcnabb, it would be nice if he could stay healthy.

But if you look at every close game or big game they had Romo threw the ball like 35 times plus
but look at the teams he threw 35+ attempts against...outside of vikings and the giants he shouldnt have thrown 35 passes anyway...he threw 11 of his 19 picks in those 35+ pass attempt games...against not so good pass defensive teams...im not saying romo is garbage...but he has definitely not proven to the league that he is hands down the best qb out there but def has potential of being a top 5 if he minimizes his arrant passes and quits locking in on TO every other pass...

simply as a qb...i dont see why you wouldnt? of course anybody could put manning and brady as 1a and 1b, but when i compare the two i see peyton as a better overall qb...brady is amazing yes, but if you gave peyton new england's d in their super bowl runs could you not say peyton wouldve won just as many super bowls? and im not even a colts fan...i actually hate them...

like I said before that was romo's first full season as a starter. if they do not go deep in the playoffs this year I will retract all this and agree he is a numbers guy and is a chokeartist.
